After a detailed analysis of the the conflict, it is concluded that ideological factor (nationalism and ethnicity) is not the major factor that drove actors to the conflict. Instead, military and political concerns play the most significant role. Other factors are also examined, like history and resources considerations, but they are not the most important ones.
